I made an offer Michael Bay can’t refuse.
This is the original plot we came up with during the pitch for Yamaha PG-1 ABS last year. The scenario: a young guy wanders off on his PG-1 to buy bánh mì (Vietnamese bread), gets lost in the desert, and accidentally bumps into a secret Michael Bay’s film set (!). The director offers the young rider a “gig” as a grip rider, and he absolutely nails it. Then he asked for a free ride on an MH-6 Little bird military helicopter as a reward.
We won the pitch and produced the film, yes, but of course, the plot never came to life until now as a prototype, thanks to generative AI.
Some people I know were celebrating when Sora shut down recently. They hate AI for their own reasons (or may be somebody’s else reasons). I think it’s because they’ve been staying too long with the “anti-AI” crowd, so they can’t see the possibilities AI is granting us yet. But I’m not here to debate about it.
