I’m a generalist AI Director, and this is my reel since late 2025 until mid-2026.

I started as an art based creative in advertising agencies, moved into directing stop motion, then into producing. AI filmmaking is the latest version of that same pattern: I go deep into a new tool or system, get fluent in it, then move on to the next one.

Since late 2025 I haven’t just been making AI films. I’ve been making films and building the process at the same time.

Most of that came from my working period at Oatside, on many kind of short form content and photography for their Singapore and SEA markets. High volume, tight turnarounds, working with AI tools until I was close to burned out, well, mostly because I was overly excited to work with AI and only dimly aware of the side effects at the time.

The range across this period is wide on purpose. Some of it is spec work aimed at real client scenarios, built to hold up like actual commercial output. Some of it is closer to pure experimentation.

Not all of this is work in the traditional sense, and I’m not framing it that way. Some of it made money. Some of it was testing, on my own time, to figure out what a small, fast moving AI production setup can actually promise a client, and what it can’t.
