I bought an old wide legacy lens / slr lens at focal 28mm max open aperture at 2.5. Then I I tried it out its macro function. I did a bit research on Google and dig out some interesting information. The lens probably manufactured by Cimko or Cima Kōgaku, a Japanese lens maker, and the company got some respect about its optical quality lens. Let’s see.
This is a soft performer at max open aperture at 2.5, a bit sharper at 4 and up and upward. Good handling focus ring, very smooth. Not a too heavy lens, compare to my favorite old horse Minolta Rokkor 50/f1.7.
The testing condition was indoor, halogen lights, a bit low light, I have to test it out outdoor or in a brighter light condition tho before have a conclusion about it.
